5. The MnemonicDictionary.com service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on MnemonicDictionary.com to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on MnemonicDictionary.com must provide a link back to MnemonicDictionary.com.

3. By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

MnemonicDictionary.com may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
